They ran around for a while, chasing each other through the trees. Later, they had their lunch under the shade of a big oak. Gracie read a storybook while Paul drew pictures in his sketchpad.

As the afternoon went on, they listened to the birds singing and the squirrels playing around. They even saw a family of ducks swimming in the nearby water feature. Finally, it was time to go home. Gracie and Paul were both tired after their fun day at the park.
